1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using MyRadio.Rocks ("the Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

MyRadio.Rocks provides a web-based interface ("Player") and management dashboard for online radio stations. We provide the technology to display metadata, play audio streams, and interact with listeners. We do not provide audio streaming hosting or music licensing.

3. User Responsibilities & Licensing

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the audio content streamed through your station.
• You must obtain all necessary licenses (such as PPL/PRS in the UK, SoundExchange in the US, or other local equivalents) for broadcasting copyrighted music.
• MyRadio.Rocks has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content you broadcast.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

• Broadcast illegal content, hate speech, or content that incites violence.
• Distribute copyrighted material without authorization.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of the Service.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these rules immediately and without refund.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features of the Service (e.g., "Pro Plan") require a paid subscription. Prices are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard; however, refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyRadio.Rocks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a dashboard notification. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
